Ruth Kern Obituary
Greece: Friday, October 26, 2007. Predeceased by her husband, Martin R. Kern. Survived by her son, Scott (Sandy) Kern; daughters, Gail Bryant, Janice (Felix) Battaglia, Sharon (Jason) Kern; sister, Betty (Bob) Vershay; 9 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; many special friends.
Friends may call Sunday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home 1075 Long Pond Road. Her Funeral Service will be held Monday 11:00 AM at Hope Lutheran Church, 1301 Vintage Lane. Interment, White Haven Memorial Park.In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Hope Lutheran Church, in her memory. HI FOLKS, WE SURE WERE SURPRISED TO READ OF RUTH'S DEATH. WE LAST SAW HER A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO WHEN OUR SISTER ARLENE, WAS ALSO A PATIENT AT SHORE WINDS. RUTH DIDN'T KNOW US, THOUGH. WE WON'T BE AT CALLING HOURS AS WE ARE IN FLORIDA FOR THE WINTER. WE SURE MISS COUSIN DAN. BEST OF LUCK AND OUR SYMPATHY TO ALL OF YOU. DAN'S COUSIN HELEN AND TUCK O"BRIEN.
