Irondequoit: October 26, 2007. Predeceased by his wife, Gertrude and daughter Margaret. Survived by his son Charles (Christine) Chodak; his brother, Steve Chodak; his grandchildren, James (Ann) Chodak, Craig (Rebecca) Chodak, Corrie (Mark) Shavron; his great-grandchildren, Elizabeth, Laura, Alison, Nicholas, Ayana and Charlie Chodak; son-in-law, Arthur Streb; sister-in-law, Helen Karolczak; brother-in-law, Henry (Mary Ann) Kwiatkowski; many nieces and nephews. He was a Navy Veteran of WWII, a member of the Michalski Post #1328, a Gold Legion member of the Polish Falcons Nest #52, PAC Club retirees, and the Rochester Echo Club.
Friends may call at the RICHARD L. FELERSKI FUNERAL HOME, INC., 1005 Hudson Ave., Sunday, 3-7 PM, where prayers will be offered Monday morning at 10:30 AM, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 at St. Stanislaus Church. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please consider the memorial fund of St. Stanislaus Church.
