Nancy Carpenter Obituary
Livonia/Penfield: October 30, 2007, at age 71 years. Survived by her husband, Rodney Carpenter; daughter, Deborah (Richard) Lawless of Apex, NC, son, Scott (Christine) Carpenter of Penfield, NY; her grandchildren, Julia, Kevin, & Mackenzie Lawless, Caroline & Anna Carpenter, sister-in-law, Barbara Gibson of West Henrietta, NY; brother, Lloyd (Elizabeth) Gibson of Wake Forest, NC, Lowell (Judith) Gibson of Chittenango, NY; sister, Carol (David) Nusbickel of Caledonia, NY; many nieces, nephews, and friends. Predeceased by her parents, Clarence and Mildred Gibson and brother, Richard Gibson.
Family and friends are invited to a Memorial Service Saturday, Nov. 3, 11 AM at the United Methodist Church of Livonia, 21 Summers St. Livonia. Private interment, Hunts Hollow Cemetery, Hunt, NY. Memorials may be made to the United Methodist Church of Livonia, 21 Summers St., Livonia, NY 14487, or the Palliative Center for Caring/Visiting Nurse Service, 1450 Portland Ave., Rochester, NY 14620. Scott and Debbie,
Sorry to hear of your mothers passing. Growing up next door, I remember she always had a smile on her face (except maybe when Scott was in trouble). Her life is part of my memory as well and what made growing up on East Avenue that much better. She will be missed.
