John Butler Obituary

Butler, John A. "Jack"
Webster: October 31, 2007. Predeceased by his wife, Lois; son, Michael; and granddaughter, Shannon. He is survived by sons, Daniel (Theresa) and Andrew; daughters, Mary Kay (Thomas) Bartell of VA and Janet (Douglas) Deuel; sisters, Loie (Leo) Cavanagh of IL and Mary Ann (Richard) Seidewand; 11 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Jack served in the Army Air Corps during WWII and was a member of the American Legion Cottreal Warner Post.
Friends may call Friday, 3-7 PM at the funeral chapel (1031 Ridge Road, Webster), where a service will be held on Saturday, 11 AM. Interment at Webster Rural Cemetery. The family is grateful for the dedicated care provided by the Lipson Cancer Center (1445 Portland Ave., Rochester, NY 14621) and Lifetime Care (3111 Winton Rd. S, Rochester, NY 14623). In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Jack may be directed to these organizations.

Sorry for your loss. Losing both parents is not easy, but at our age, it's beyond our control and happening all too frequently. I wasn't able to make it to the calling hours today, but wanted to express my condolences to you and your family and this was the next best thing. Sorry again.
