Clarence Schlafer Obituary
Fairport: November, 3 2007 at age 99. Predeceased by his wife, Dorothy; son Richard Schlafer, and daughter, Sharon Schroll. Mike is survived by his son-in-law, Ross (Sandy) Schroll; grandchildren, Edward and Michael Schroll, Kimberly, Susan and Robert Schlafer; 3 great-grandchildren; niece, Jean (Tom) Fitzgibbon. Mike retired from Sunny Vending and enjoyed his golden years in Bradenton, FL. Mike was a longtime member of the East Rochester Fire Dept. and Exempts.
The family wishes to extend their appreciation to the staff at the Fairport Baptist Home, for the excellent care provided to Mike in his later years.
A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, November 7th, 10 AM at the East Rochester First Baptist Church, 119 West Elm St. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the Baptist Church Scholarship Fund named for his daughter, Sharon Schroll.
