William Conde Obituary

Conde, William R.
Canandaigua: Mr. William R. Conde, age 75, passed away at home with his loving wife by his side, on Monday, November 5, 2007, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Bill was a graduate of Canandaigua Academy and received his degree in Mechanical Engineering from RIT. He worked for 32 years at the Pfaudler Company in Rochester until his retirement in 1990. He was a member of the Canandaigua Yacht Club, and enjoyed traveling throughout the United States, motorcycling, sailing, ice sailing and camping. He also hosted the early Cheshire Dump Music Festivals.
He is survived by his wife, Renee of Canandaigua; his son, Clarke (Jessika) Conde of Rochester, stepdaughter, Cathleen Habberfield of Canandaigua, stepson, Randall (Stacey) Carr of Maryland; his grandchildren, Katianna and James; many supportive friends and his dog Delta.
Friends may call Saturday, November 10th from 1-3 p.m. at the Kennedy & Son Funeral Home, Inc., 15 Bristol St., Canandiauga. His Memorial Service will be held following visitation at 3:00 o'clock at the funeral home. Contributions in his memory may be made to the Sands Cancer Center, 350 Parrish St., Canandaigua, NY 14424 or to the Sailors Memorial Fund, C/O The Canandaigua Yacht Club, 3524 County Road 16, Canandaigua, NY 14424.
