McMahon, Michael A.
Rochester: Passed away at age 64. Survived by 2 children, Gregory McMahon & Sarah (Quinn) Daily; 1 granddaughter, Kila Daily; brothers, James (Josie) McMahon & Peter (Deborah) McMahon; sister, Mary (Peter Berlo) McMahon.
Mike is remembered fondly by his friends & family. He lived his life dedicated to Education. He was an Authentic Man living from his heart, where he possessed a passion for writing and teaching. Mike was a Professor at RIT/NTID for 20+ years. He was named outstanding Teacher twice. At the time of his passing, he was working with faculty & students at Brighton High School teaching his life's passion, writing. In his words "I'm finally doing what I always wanted". Mike fought courageously to live an authentic life from his heart. He will be missed greatly.
Family and friends are invited to call Sunday 12-3 PM at Miller Funeral Homes, (3325 Winton Rd. S.). Where Mike's Memorial Service will be celebrated in the Interfaith Chapel at 3:30 P.M. Interment Private. Donations in his memory may be made to a charity of your choice. For directions or to leave a message for his family please light a candle at
