Dear Webster Family,

As a former 16 yr. resident of Brockport, NY, I had the honor and privelege to not only be a tenant of Mrs. Webster, but to also enjoy each visit to pay the rent. She was proud of her family and lifes accomplishments and delighted in sharing stories with me. Although I have lived in Florida for over 12 yrs. each year that I visit my best friend in Brockport as we drove by her house I would blow a kiss and ask for God to Bless her. She will be remembered as a true lady who could put a smile on ones face.

Respectfully,
Francine Germain-Larson
