It was wonderful to be Vicki's neighbor; I will miss seeing her sitting on her porch or soaking up the sun in a lawn chair, mowing the lawn and tending her flowers. She had a brilliant hope for a better future, and great courage in facing her disease. I already miss you Vicki, even though your pain has ended.

Vicki and I go way back to when my brother Pat married her sister Lucille. We shared the wonderful honor of being an Aunt to all our wonderful nephews. Vicki and I also shared a lot of childhood memories. She was one year older and always referred to me as the "Other Aunt Vicky." We would laugh and continue to share the love for our family. She was so very strong and fought so very hard to be there for Brian. She loved all her family and friends very much. She never did anything wrong in her life to have deserved so much pain. I know God has a special place for her. She is now at rest and in no pain. My thoughts, love and prayers are with Brian, Lucille, Marty, Pat and all the rest of the family for their loss.
God Bless you Vicki, Love the "Other Aunt Vicky". That beautiful smile and kind and loving way will be missed by all.
