Goodwin, Dorothy A.
Horseheads: Age 89, passed away on Tuesday, November 13, 2007. Mrs. Goodwin is survived by her daughter Patricia A. Kerbein of Millerton, PA; sons and daughter-in-law, Richard J. Goodwin of Ronkonkoma, NY and Robert J. & Irene Healy Goodwin of Rochester, NY; 8 grandchildren and 11 great-grand-children; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, William P. & Eileen Goodwin of Brooklyn, NY and George A. & Florence Goodwin of Rochester, NY; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of caring friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to call at the Lynch Funeral Home, 318 West Broad Street, Horseheads, NY on Friday November 16, 2007 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. A Prayer Service will be held at the Funeral Home on Saturday, November 17, 2007 at 9 AM followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM at St. Mary Our Mother Church, 816 West Broad Street, Horseheads, NY. Dorothy will be laid to rest next to her beloved husband, Robert in St. Mary Our Mother Cemetery in Horseheads, NY.

I loved to take care of Dorthy at the nursing facility. She was an inspiring woman and I would have loved to have known her longer. For the short period of time that I did know her I learned a lot from her and I will never forget anything she said, did, or would have done.
