Rochester: November 13, 2007
To live in hearts that love is not to die.
Miriam, a retired Rochester city school district teacher, spent her final years in the loving care of the MM Ewing Continuing Care Center, Canandaigua, NY.
She is survived by her sister and brother-in-law, a niece and nephew, her children, Peter (Christa), Bob (Nancy), Meg Fisher and Beth (Tom) Henderson; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A celebration of her life will be held at noon on Saturday, November 24 at the Lutheran Church of the Incarnate Word, 597 East Avenue, Rochester, NY. The family will be available in the Fellowship Hall at 11:15 to share memories. A reception will follow the service.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Disease Research Center, 601 Elmwood Avenue, Box 645, Rochester, NY 14642.
