I am privileged to be in Carl's Sunrise Rotary Club. I got to know him and become his friend quickly as he sought me out, as I've seen him do to all new members, and made me feel welcome. He was a textbook excellent example to us all of how to work hard, stay committed, and have a little fun along the way. He was also a great example of Service above Self, and giving all he could, rather than receiving. We will miss him, but because of his willingness to lead and serve others, we will never forget him.

I first met Carl at the Sarasota Sunrise Rotary Club just over 3 years ago. He was am amazing person who had that magical ability light up a room as he walked in. He made a special impression on most people who had the pleasure to know him. Carl had a great sense of humor and a great Irish Smile and an ability to joke about things that only he could get away with.

I was privileged to call Carl a friend and will always have a special place for him in my Heart and will remember him in my prayers.
He will be missed by all who had the pleasure to know him.

Remembering the strong, sensitive, kind, witty, generous & caring man I was privileged to call friend (& extended family) for 20+ years. The many years I worked for "Cadle's" were some of the happiest days of my life.

The room was always brighter when you walked in, with a warm smile and a kind word, maybe even a joke. You are missed already.

Lots of good memories of grandpa & allwhen were altogether here in NY.
He was a pillar to so many. My heart is saddened for my Dad, his siblings & family that grandpa was close to. time passes, changes are made, and we become richer inside our hearts. but nothing changes the void of a loss. my folks are my pillar, still feel that child in me when I talk to them. I just think they are invincible and will always be there. the seed was planted, memories just let that little seed grow into love among us. time for new memories, its the cycle of life, we learn to love each other with no conditions, my heart wishes peace, love & good health for all of us during this time of losses.. This is what grandpa would want for us, we are his family. Distance & time changes us as we grow older. but we are all family that will never change. Bless you all for knowing you just enough to love all.
and grandpa..just always thought you'd be here. thankyou for all the memories. Your children, are the pillars in the lives of all of us grand kids and great kids.
with much love, susan
