I lived across the street from Hector, on Woodford St, in the 70's.
He was such a nice kid, I have thought of him over the years... always remembered his BEAUTIFUL eyes. I will always remember him as the Sweet Boy from across the street.
To Hectors Son, Stay strong, rise above and make your Dad Proud.
Rest in Peace, Hector.

I'm so sorry for the passing on of Hector. He will be well remembered and as I can see, still living in us.
I haven't seen him for over 20 years. But I often still think of him & the best of times we had. So I thought I'd share some of those with you.
You see we were best friends in the 70s, We did so much from: Hanging with all our friends, Driving, riding & talking mini-bikes & cars. I remember his dad had (still to date in my memories)the fastest & hottest 427 Red Chevy Malibu and we both use to love going for rides in that car and getting wheeleys that car was tough.
Some of our best of times were, just getting away & touring our 10 speed bikes everywhere, I mean everywhere. From the inner city to the lake to most of the suburb's, We traveled everywhere & were meeting people everywhere too. We really enjoyed life to the fullest as teenagers.
One thing I see that has cheered me up, through this tragedy, is that looking at all these recent pictures (the candle light at the house), I see that he is still really loved by a lot...as when we were growing up. Hector always had the way to make the people he was with, enjoy the moment. He will surly be remembered.
