Viola Teetor Obituary

Teetor, Viola Mae (Leenhouts)
Canandaigua/Palmyra: Viola Mae (Leenhouts) Teetor, age 87, of 80 Parrish Street, died at the M.M. Ewing Continuing Care Center on November 23, 2007, following a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer.
Predeceased by her daughter Pamela Bavis, she is survived by her husband of 71 years, Kelsey E. Teetor; daughter Rebecca (Larry) Gamba; son Richard (Joy) Teeter; son Larry (Janet) Teeter; son-in-law Eugene Bavis and his fiancée Elizabeth Place; 10 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Friends may call Monday, November 26 from 5 to 7 PM at Stevens Funeral Home, 3896 Buffalo St., Marion. A funeral service will be held at Stevens on Tuesday, November 27 at 10 AM and officiated by the Dr. Russell Willemsen of the Flint Creek Church of God. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the M. M. Ewing Continuing Care Center c/o F.F. Thompson Hospital, Parrish Street, Canandaigua, NY, or the Finger Lakes Visiting Nurse Service, Pre-emption Road, Geneva, NY.
