Katherine Adams Obituary
(Schaffer)
Greece: Friday, November 23, 2007, at age 85. Predeceased by her husband, John J. Adams & daughter, Beverly J. Adams. Survived by her sisters, Eva Kretschmer & Susan MacPherson; sisters-in-law, Lillian Schaffer of Newark, NY & Rita Simpson; nieces, Sharon Dawley of Geneva, NY, Marie (Donald) Wasman of Newark, NY, & Sue Pratt; nephews, Charles Miller & Richard Simpson. Katherine was an avid bowler and a retiree of Artcraft Optical.
A special thanks to the 3rd floor staff at Wesley Gardens Nursing Home and to the staff of Lifetime Care for their loving care of Katherine.
Friends may call Saturday 2-4 P.M. at Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home, 1075 Long Pond. Her Funeral Service will be held following visitation at 4 P.M. in the Funeral Home Chapel. Interment held privately. Contributions may be made to Lifetime Care, American Cancer Society or to a charity of your choice in her memory.
