She is survived by her loving husband, Thomas Dunham Sr.; children, Jeanne (Steve) Bentivegna, David (Sue) Carter, Richard (Mary) Carter, Thomas (Nicole) Dunham Jr., Michael Dunham, Jordan Dunham, Donald (Michelle) Carter, Stephanie (Jorge) Casanova Jr., Robert Carter, Michelle (Malcolm) Pritchett; 23 grandchildren; sister, Barbara Smith. BARTOLOMEO & PEROTTO Funeral Home, Inc., 1411 Vintage Lane (between 390 & Long Pond Rd.) where Jackie's visitation will be on Thursday 2-4 & 7-9. All are invited to attend her Funeral Mass on Friday at 9:30 AM at the Sacred Heart Cathedral (Flower City Park). Entombment White Haven Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jackie's Memory to the Leukemia Society, 4053 Maple Rd., Suite 110, Amherst, NY 14226.
