Wilhelm Homner Obituary
Rochester: November 27, 2007 at 86. Predeceased by his daughters, Susan Homner Rodola, and Eva Marie Lohide. Survived by the mother of his children, Christina Homner Simanas; his daughter, Christina Gugel (Geoffrey), of Livonia; sons, Ralph Homner, of Ashville North Carolina, Alvin Homner (Debbie) of Williamson and William Homner Jr. (Martha) of Rochester; 19 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren; several nephews and nieces.
Bill was bom in Transylvania Romania, came to the United States in 1952. Resided in Rochester NY and worked as a mason fer over 40 years. He was fluent in many languages and was a member of the German Club of Rochester. He enjoyed collecting coins and stamps from all over the world, and going fishing with his children and fiiends. Bill has been a blessing to all that knew him, and will be dearly missed.
Services will be held at Monroe Community Hospital Auditorium, First Floor Hope Building, on Friday Nov. 30 at 6 PM. In lieu of f lowers, expression of Sympathy may be directad in his memory to Visiting Nurse Hospice, 2180 Empire Blvd., Webster, NY, 14580. Arr.:
