Father of Allan Kirkpatrick of Fort Collins, CO, Karen Kirkpatrick of Acton, Ann Tucker of Ithaca, NY and Keith Kirkpatrick of Arlington. Brother of Mary Turland of Vancouver, BC and Sybil Grissom of Portland, OR. Also survived by 7 grandchildren.
Memorial Service Sat. Dec. 1, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. in St. Peter's Episcopal Church, 320 Boston Post Rd., Weston. Gifts in his name may be made to the Edward and Barbara Kirkpatrick Scholarship Fund at Wentworth Institute of Technology, 550 Huntington Ave., Boston, MA 02115-5998. Dear Al, we are so very sorry to hear this news about your Dad. We so enjoyed our conversations with him when we all lived in the Boston area and we will never forget how he used all his technical ingenuity to keep all those wild creatures out of his Weston vegetable garden.
