Skeval, John F.
Rochester: Peacefully on Wednesday, November 28, 2007, at age 56. He is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Jackie; mother, June; children, Regina Skeval and Chris (Lisa) Skeval; granddaughter, Elizabeth; sisters, Kathleen and Mary (David) Guentner; brothers, Timothy (Kathleen) and Robert; along with many nieces and nephews.
There will be no prior calling hours. John's Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 9:30 AM at Holy Apostles Church, 530 Lyell Ave. Inurnment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be directed to Rochester General Hospital CTICU Unit, 1400 Portland Ave., Rochester, NY 14621. To share a memory please visit:

I worked with and was a friend of John for many years. I am very shocked to hear of his passing. My prayers are with him and his family.

My heart goes out to all of you for your loss, it is never an easy thing and I pray for all of you. Although I did not know John, I have made wonderful friends with his son and daughter in law and I am blessed to have them in my life.
