Collins, Barbara L.
Canandaigua, NY: Loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Of Parrish St., passed away Saturday, December 1, 2007 at Thompson Hospital. She was 68.
Barbara was employed for over 40 years in various health care positions in Canandaigua and Rochester. Most recently Highland Hospital as business office manager. She was a member of the Lions Club in Canandaigua.
She is survived by her husband of 33 years, Jerrold E. Collins; children, Joann (Steve) Adams, Florida, Sharyl (Anthony) Aruck, Farmington, Susan (Kevin) Curry, MD; step-children, Lisa Hendricks, Matthew Collins and Michael Collins; brother, Jim & Joyce Harris, Minot, ND; grandchildren, Ryan, Aaron, Caitlin, Nicole Aruck, James Snyder, Michael Constantine. She was predeceased by her first husband, James M. Snyder; her parents, William & Evelyn Harris; brother, Wayne Harris; sister, Joan Shields.
Friends may call Monday, December 10, 2007 at 1 PM at the Fuller Funeral Home, 190 Buffalo St., Canandaigua, followed by a Memorial Service at the funeral home at 2 PM. Burial will be in Ashley Cemetery in Wayland, NY.
