Schuyler, Raymond H.
Sodus Point: Passed away on Thursday December 6, 2007, at age 86. Ray was predeceased by his wife Pauline, daughter Gloria VerHeecke and siblings Howard, Isabelle, Eleanor and Betty. He is survived by daughter Alice (Alvin) LaRock; grandchildren Kathy Cole, Sharon VerHeecke, Lorraine Beam, Raymond (Tracy Knauss) LaRock, Paula (Mark) Jones, Kenneth (Michelle Weed) LaRock, Samantha (Tom) Jackson; great grandchildren, Danielle, Crue, Makayla, Brandon, Justin, Jonathon, Mark, Allison, Katrina, Tiffany, Dylan, Kenneth, Miya, Dartagnan, Kenneth John, Steven, Jerry, Jennifer, Brett, Emily and Sarah; one sister, Betty Jean Andrews of California.
Ray was a World War II Navy veteran, and also served for over 20 years in the Coast Guard Auxiliary, at Coast Guard Station Sodus Point.
Family and friends are invited to call on Sunday, December 9th, from 1-4 p.m. at the NORTON FUNERAL HOME, 45 West Main Street in Sodus. His funeral service will be held at the conclusion of visitation. In lieu of flowers, his family has requested that memorial donations be made to the Sodus Point Fire Department, where a reception will be held immediately following the funeral. Spring interment with military honors will be at the Sodus Rural Cemetery.
