We fondly remember Jean as a most kind and gentle neighbor. She loved our children and our dogs and was always there with a friendly smile and a happy outlook. She spoke so proudly of her own chidren and grandchildren and always tenderly of Jim.Our neighborhood is saddened by her passing.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Casper family. I have great memories of our families spending time together. Mrs. Casper will be remembered fondly. What a wonderful woman. May God Bless.
