Ernestine Yawn Obituary
(Patterson)
Rochester: Thursday, December 6, 2007, at age 77. Predeceased by her husband, William Yawn Jr. She is survived by her sons, Anthony (Gloria) and Donald (Karen) Yawn; daughters, Patricia (Steven) Reynolds, Francine (Henroy) Wedderburn and Cassandra Yawn; grandchildren, Donald Yawn Jr., Steven (Marcy) Reynolds Jr., Vivian Wilson and Todja Williams; great-grandchildren, Mila, Amiyah, Kira, Steven III Reynolds and Christopher Yawn; sister, Idella Swain; several nieces and nephews. Ernestine was the Church Mother of Power House Church of God in Christ.
Family and friends may call Friday, December 14th, 6-9 PM at the Power House Church of God in Christ, 48 Clifton St., where her Home Going Celebration will be held Saturday morning at 11 AM. Bishop Jeffrey Melvin Pastor, Eulogist. Bishop Designee Ronald Hoston, officiating. Interment in Falls Cemetery. To share a special memory please visit:

God has blessed my life, with the life of your mother (Mother Yawn). To(my other)family it's a Blessing to have been in her life, and to have made her smile, laugh, and know that i cared. Thank you for sharing her with us me.
