Its impossible to imagine all the ways Phillip impacted my life, as well as the way he has yours. I have found myself reflecting latley and feel sorrow because i will miss my cousin... and i feel joy in knowing that he was a good man, and he can start to enjoy the eternal rewards that he has surley earned. i feel privliged that i was able to play some hardcore b-ball last thanksgiving with phil, he had a very accepting nature that made everyone around him feel welcome. Phillip you are one of my favorites and i will miss you

Dear Sister Buckman:

We are so sadden for your son’s passing. We want to let you know how privileged we are to had him as your piano teaching assistant., even only for a few weeks we were able to recognize his sweet spirit, his patience and the love for the Lord Jesus Christ. We know we are going to remember all his recommendations to “play with the Spirit”. We love you sister and we appreciate all you are doing for us-- your piano students. The Lord bless you. I was in a singles ward (Twin Hollows) with Phil. He was a great Man. The thing I remember most about Phil is his kindness and love that he had towards everyone and escpecially those that were harder to love. He was a great example to me and I feel blessed to be able to call him a friend. He always thought of others over himself. My heart and prayers go out to family and friends.

To all of my Pabst friends,
I am so sad that you have to face another loss in your lives. Sometimes the losses add up to too much and seem like they will never end. I know that God loves Phillip and Bryce. I also know from personal experience that He will help you find the answers to your questions if you look to Him. God loves Bryce and Phillip and he loves you. He can and will help you solve this. Look for answers until you find them. Life is a lot more complicated than we expected when we were little, isn't it? Keep up the hope. I wish I could be with you at the funeral.

He was the greatest guy ever. He always volultered to bring something for a dinner we were having. He truly gave his life to the church and was always serving. I remember seeing him running to the church when it was snowing so he could start shoveling the side walks. He did what he was asked to do. We will miss you so much at church at all the activities and throughout our lives. You we're everyone's friend. Keep up the work on the other side and i will see you again.
