I got to thinking about the little boy I was friends with as a child again. I was too young to know this site was around when Isaiah passed away, but I just wanted to say that he's still in my thoughts, and he always will be. I hope you're doing well.

Kelly I dont know what to say in this time of sorrow except that I am truly sorry that you lost such a sweet and beautiful child. Doug saw this and called me and I am very sorry that we did not make it to the funeral. Doug told me to tell you that he would have loved to be here for you but sorry that he couldnt. I remember you and Isaiah would come to the house and he was so full of energy and such a beautiful child. I will sadly miss him and his smiling face. Just look to the sky for all your strength and God will see you through it all. I miss you sweetie please email me or call me and I will do anything I can. I would really like to talk to you so please contact me. Jason I havent forgot you I know that you are so heartbroken over your little man but stay strong and again Doug wants you to know he is thinking of you too. I am very sorry and would be glad to do anything to help. Kelly call me or email me I love you and hope to talk to you soon. I moved from Powell so I have a different address but call me.
Love you,

Kelly and Jason,
I am going to miss Isaiah so much. He was not afraid or ashamed to be my friend. He was able to look past my wheelchair and my disabilities - One day some kids asked him why he was playing with me and he simply
answered "Because he is my friend. He is no different than you and me!!" He recognized what was important in life. Thank You Isaiah - what a blessing you were in my life!!!

To the Rice, Lane, and Thomas Families, Isaiah was a blessing to everyone he met, and he was blessed, too, to have a family who loved him so much. "Children are a heritage of the Lord." (Psalm 127:3) and Jesus said, "Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of Heaven." (Matthew 19:13) May you receive comfort in knowing that God's promises are true.

Dear Family and Friends of Isaiah,
My granddaughter, Annemarie, was a classmate of Isaiah's and talks about him now. When you were at Children's Hospital, my daughter, Maryann, recognized Isaiah's name on the door. Our hearts went out to all of you then, especially since my three month old granddaughter, Rebekah, also passed away suddenly a few years ago at Children's, even though given the best care and love. My sincere sympathy to you. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.

Jason and Kelly,
He was so very, very special
And was so from the start
You held him in your arms
But mainly in your heart
And like a single drop of rain
That on still waters fall,
His life did ripples make
And touched the lives of all
He’s gone to play with angels
In heaven up above
So keep your special memories
And treasure them with love
Although your darling son
Was with you just a while
He’ll live on in your heart
With a sweet remembered smile
Isaiah 57:1 – Those who walk uprightly enter into peace; they find rest as they lie in death
I hope that God is allowing you 2 to find comfort. I love you guys so much. Let me know if you need anything.

Jason and Kelly -
I'm so shocked, astonished and even angry that something like this had to happen to such great parents who did nothing but love their little boy so much. I hope that in passing time you can find the message God is giving in this tragedy and you can come to acceptance.
Psalm 55:22 - Cast your burden upon the Lord, and He will sustain you; He will never allow the righteous to be shaken.
Never let your faith in the Lord be shaken, if he can bring you to it, he can bring you through it.
