Bernard Friedman Obituary

FRIEDMAN Bernard "Bernie" Friedman. Preceded in death by wife Kay Friedman. Bernie is survived by daughter, Ellen (Philip) Weinblatt; son, Tod (Cheri) Friedman; grandchildren, Stephanie, Laura, and Scott Weinblatt, and Rachel, Ross, and Kara Friedman; and many good friends. He was a long-time member of Temple Israel and was very involved with The American Red Cross. Bernie was a Jewish War Veteran and volunteered at Wexner Heritage House. Funeral service 2 p.m., Sunday, September 28, 2008 at THE EPSTEIN MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 3232 E. Main St., with Rabbi Misha Zinkow officiating. Burial to follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Temple Israel Section. Shiva will be held at Tod and Cheri Friedman's residence on Sunday evening. Memorials preferred to Katherine L.
