Elsie Belluardo

Elsie Belluardo lived in Leominster for the past 68 years; 94 Leominster Elsie (Panciera) Belluardo, 94, of Leominster passed away after a brief illness on Saturday, July 19th, 2008 in her home of the past 68 years. She was born on March 13, 1914 in Westerly, RI, the daughter of Bartholmiew and Anne (Mazzone) Panciera. She graduated from Westerly High School and Westerly Hills Hospital School of Nursing, a division of Boston Children's Hospital. She then married Carl and started a family. In her later years she became interested in crafts and loved to travel. She was a member of the former Fortnightly Club of Leominster for over forty years. She was also a member of The Homemakers Club, The Golden Age Club, AARP, Health Alliance Guild, and Leominster United Methodist Church. She leaves a daughter, Anne Normandin, of Wellesley Hills, MA; a son, John C. Belluardo of Leominster; a brother, Leo Panciera of Westerly, RI and several nieces and nephews. Her husband, Carl A. Belluardo died on May 17, 1950 and by her son-in-law Attorney Charles P. Normandin who died December 21, 2005. BELLUARDO A Funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, July 23, 2008 officiated by Rev. Jo Kim in Brandon Funeral Home, 305 Wanoosnoc Rd. Fitchburg. Burial will be in St. Bernard's Cemetery, Fitchburg. There are no calling hours.
