Warden Stratton Obituary

Warden L. 'Lenny' Stratton was Leominster Police officer, Army vet; 60 SPRING HILL, FL Warden L. "Lenny" Stratton, was born July 7, 1948 in Urbana, NY, and passed away on Sunday, July 20, 2008, at the Hospice Care Center in Brooksville, FL. He moved to Spring Hill in 2004 from Leominster, MA Lenny is predeceased by his parents, Mona & Warden Stratton, and brother-in-law, Charles Brumsted. He is survived by his wife, Judith of Spring Hill, FL; his daughter, Erica Wolferseder of MA; 3 grandsons, Scotty, Christian, Connor; siblings, John and Sally Stopka of GA, Elaine and Ron Cromwell of Canaseraga, NY, June Brumsted of Ocala, FL, Linda and Jason Adams of Oakfield, NY, Nancy and Jerry Hill of New York; sister-in-law, Shiela Dufort; and brother-in-law, Donald Dufort both of St. Petersburg, FL. He retired from the Leominster Police Dept. after working there from January 9, 1978 to March 31, 2003. He served in the US Army in Vietnam from December 1970 to October 1972. STRATTON Family requests donations in Lenny's memory be made to the local Hospice Center.
