Grace F. 'Tish' Foster World War II U.S. Navy Wave LEOMINSTER Grace F. "Tish" (Lovrien) Foster, 85 years old, of Leominster, died Sunday, August 10, 2008, in her home, after an illness. She is survived by 2 sons, Glenn Foster and his wife, Judith Foster of Leominster, and Stephen Foster and his wife, Mary Sandra Foster of Friendswood, TX; her daughter, Mary Foster of Washington, NJ; daughter-in-law, Lyn Foster of Glendale, CA; 6 grandchildren, Joseph "JD" Foster, Andrew Foster, Christina Grace Foster, Daniel Foster, Elizabeth Chang and her husband, Frank Chang and Katy Foster; and a great-granddaughter, Kalina Grace Chang. Her husband Deane C. Foster, a former Deacon at St. Leo's Church died in 2001, and her son, Paul Foster died in 1999. She was also predeceased by her sisters, Ruth Conner, Hazel Mulder, Beatrice Witt, Edith Lovrien, Olive Boecker, and Florence Vint, and her brothers, Edmund Lovrien, Wendell Lovrien, and her twin brother, Paul Lovrien. Mrs. Foster was born in Ellsworth, MN on September 24, 1922, daughter of Ernest E. and Ada C. (Nowell) Lovrien and lived in Leominster most of her life. She graduated from Mt. Wachusett Community College in Gardner and attended Fitchburg State College. She was a US Navy Veteran, having served in the first group of Navy Waves during World War II. She was a member of St. Leo's Church in Leominster. FOSTER A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, August 16, 2008 at 11 a.m. in St. Leo's Church, 128 Main St., Leominster. The Rosary will be recited at 10:30 am in the church. Burial will be private in Evergreen Cemetery, Leominster. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Sisters of the Presentation Retirement Fund, 99 Church St., Leominster, MA 01453. The Silas F.
