Dorothy Louise Stockwell Bilodeau

Dorothy Bilodeau Obituary

Dorothy Louise Stockwell Bilodeau December 24, 1923 August 12, 2008 I was blessed to be a Christian saved by God's grace. I was the wife and then widow of Roland Joseph Bilodeau of West Fitchburg. We had 3 beautiful daughters and sons-in-law who were the joy, pride, delight and love of our lives Cheryll and David Pagington of Spring, Texas, January Kennedy of Fairhaven, MA, and Michelle and Patrick Downey of Columbine Valley, CO; There are 6 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren. I was the daughter of Grace and Lester Stockwell and grew up at Stockwell Farm on Marshall Road. I am the sister of Marjorie Dik of Fitchburg, Roy Stockwell of Fitchburg, and Guy Stockwell of Lexington, KY. My parents and other brothers and sisters have made this journey before me. Although I have ended my earthly existence, it is the beginning of my eternity. I bid you all farewell. Do not weep, but celebrate with joy my journey through this life. Let fond remembrances bring smiles and happiness. Know that your gifts of love and kindness to me were deeply appreciated. Take comfort, I am at peace. I bid you all farewell. I go to my Lord and my Savior.
