Adrien F. Boudreau

Adrien F. Boudreau of Leominster, was technician, WWII vet; 89 LEOMINSTER Adrien F. Boudreau, 89, of Leominster, died Wednesday, August 27, 2008, in Summit Elder Care in Leominster. He was born on October 26, 1918, in Roxton Falls, Quebec, Canada, was the son of Ernest J. and Dorila (Gingras) Boudreau. He was a United States Army Air Force Veteran of WWII, having attained the rank of Sergeant, he served in Normandy, Northern France, Ardennes, Rhineland, Central Europe, and in the Air Offensive in Europe, and he earned the Good Conduct Medal with 3 overseas stripes, European-African-Middle Eastern Ribbon with 1 Bronze Star and 1 Silver Star. Mr. Boudreau worked as an electronic technician for Bomar Ali in Acton, MA. He belonged to the Franco American Veterans in Leominster, was a Cub Scout Master at St. Cecilia's, and he was a committee member with Boy Scout Troop 14 at St. Cecilia's for many years, he was very active in the Cub Scout and Boy Scout activities. Mr. Boudreau was a member of St. Leo's Parish in Leominster. He is survived by his wife, Marie A. (Arsenault) Boudreau of Leominster; one son, Bernard A. Boudreau and his companion, Patricia Arsenault of Leominster; four daughters, Rose M. wife of Edward Williams of Deltona, Florida, Judith A. wife of Thomas Moran of Wilkes Barre, PA, Jeanne F. wife of Louis Bedard of Leominster, and Irene E. wife of John Malsbender of Cochester, CT; one brother, Ernest C. Boudreau of Brockton, MA; five sisters, Simone Godin of Fitchburg, MA, Cecile Lemon of Iowa, Jeannette Girard of Fitchburg, MA, Loretta wife of John LaCosse of Athol, MA, and Grace wife of Frances Mathieu of Fitchburg; 11 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren. BOUDREAU A memorial mass will be held on Saturday, September 6, 2008 at 10:30 a.m. in St. Leo's Church 128 Main Street in Leominster. In lieu of flowers donations maybe made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
