Marie M. Robichaud Lambert

Marie M. Robichaud Lambert of Fitchburg; 82 Fitchburg Marie M. (Leger) Robichaud Lambert, 82, of Fitchburg, died peacefully Monday morning in River Terrace Health Center, Lancaster, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on February 23,1926 in Ste. Marie, N.B. Canada the daughter of Alfred and Regina (Allain) Leger. She lived on Oak Hill Rd in Fitchburg many years and had been a resident at the Gables in Fitchburg for 16 years before going to live with her daughter. She enjoyed going bowling, quilting and playing cards. In her earlier years she truly enjoyed caring for numerous children in her home. She was a long time member of St. Joseph's Church. She is survived by her four children, Fred Robichaud and his wife Beverly of Fitchburg, Gloria and her husband Robert Hachey of Fitchburg, Euclide Robichaud and his wife Gwen of Fitchburg and Denise and her husband Richard Schultz also of Fitchburg, her sisters Noella Legere, and Bertha Devlin,brothers Zenon Leger and Eli Leger, her grandchildren, Jason Mooneyham, Marc and Michelle Robichaud, Brian, timothy, and Michael Hachey, April Stanek, Christopher and Nathan Robichaud, Gregory, Kelly and Zachary Schultz, her great-grandchildren Austin Evans, Daniel and Colleen Hachey and Grace Hachey. Along with many nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by her first husband of 41 years Zenon Robichaud, died in 1987, and her second husband of seven years Edward Lambert died in 1999. She was also predeceased by her daughter Yolande Mooneyham, a great-granddaughter Cassandra Mooneyham, her brothers ,Gerald Leger, Roger Leger, Victor Leger and Desire Leger. LAMBERT The funeral will be held from the Lavery Chartrand & Alario Funeral Home, 99 Summer St., Fitchburg with a Mass at 11:30 a.m. Friday in St. Joseph's Church, 46 Woodland St., Fitchburg. Interment will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery. Calling hours at the funeral home are on Thursday evening from 7 until 9p.m.
