I was saddened to hear about Nick. He was our patent and IP lawyer at our company for some 30 years. He was the consummate professional: smart, detailed, patient, and always followed through. He was remarkably spry and quick-witted even in his 70's. Those of us who had the pleasure of knowing him will miss him. My condolences to the family.

I never knew Mr. Pandiscio, however through his son in law Dan Awalt I was told he was a great person. Hopefully he has found peace in the place he has travelled to. Carmen and I send our prayers and thoughts to the family and to his memory.

For all of Nick's family,
I knew Nick for over thirty years and in all that time he was the model of a gentleman, always kind, always patient and wise. I will miss his guidance and freindship a great deal, and I hope for all of you that you carry the memory of the gift of his company for what it was, a gift.
