So sorry for the passing of my Aunt Alma. She often called me or I called her. She always was such a pleasant person and I will miss talking with her. May she rest in peace with her loved ones.
My deepest sympathy,

My mother, Gail (Thatcher) Stone who is Alma's niece was very sad to hear of her passing. Mom called me today and said that she "couldn't find Aunt Alma". After a quick internet search, I found the obituary.
I guess that would make me Alma's great-niece, although I can't remember ever meeting her. I'm sorry to say that I didn't get the chance to know Alma or any of my great-aunts. Alma's sister(Lillian) who was my grandmother, died when my mom was just about 5-years-old. I did meet Uncle Leo once and Aunt Barbara (who is still alive). I remember the Lahti Tree Farm and Aunt Barbara's room full of dolls.
Alma was my mom's last remaining aunt (by blood relation). A whole generation of Lahti's are gone.
My deepest sympathy to Alma's family and friends. I've heard that she was a wonderful lady!
