Be Still

Be still like the grass on a melancholy summer day
Be still like desert shrub.

Be calm and you will hear your loved one speak, in the stillness, in the calm, their love resounds.

If you are still this promise I make, you will hear the voice of your loved one helping you along your way.

I am at a loss for words for these tragedies that have struck your great country.

We (my entire family) stopped to observe the two minutes of silence in honor and remembrance of those lost, and to those who survived, and to the brave soles (fire, police, and other personnel who helped to locate victims (I wish I could name each and every one of them). Please know that the U.S. is behind you 100%! God bless everyone!

I hope that our two countries can come together and help stop these horrible events from happening again. I hope and pray that we can help each other in this time of darkness and horror to find a common goal and stop these people from hurting another brother or sister, mother or father, daughter or son. I wish to extend my condolences to the families who losted loved ones during the recent tragedy in London. When our country was attacked in 2001, one of the most moving moments for many of us came when our National Anthem was played in London. It is during times like these that one realizes who their true friends are. If we can help in any way, please let us know. God save the Queen and God Bless the Brits.

First and foremost, thank you for being the wonderful people and nation that you are. Admist all the tragedies that you have gone through as a people, you have always managed to inspire others with your quiet resiliency and dignity. It is that very spirit that will see you through these trying times. I find great comfort in knowing that such a noble spirit triumphs in an often bleak and senseless world.

We all mourn with the world as we did for 9-11 in New York City. London is still the safest City in the world. I just got back from 3 weeks vacation in and around London and returned home determined to return to the City next year. My plans have not changed. Londoneers I will visit your wonderful city next August and pay tribute to those who innocently lost their lives and were injured as a result of this senseless act of violence. Remember Sir W Churchill's wonderful works of encouragement and pride so many years ago regarding victory and determination.

The papers were right today - these terrorists picked on the wrong people. It's really touching to see so much support from all around the world and together we WILL combat terrorism by not allowing them to destruct our daily life. My sincere condolences to those who have lost family and loved ones in this horrific tragedy. No-one deserved this but something will be learnt by those that caused it - You cannot dictate dictatorship because it's wrong and will never be the way the British people choose to live. God rest in peace and thank you to all our friends in the world who have offered support x

It has been so many years since I visited London and traveled by subway and took your wonderful tour buses throughout the city and countryside. We stayed near Regents Park and probably used the subway that was bombed. Back in 1977, there were other worldly concerns, but we were young and carefree.

You're heritage is that you are strong and resilient and no matter what they try to do you will triumph over their anarchy.

Sincere condolences to all families.

You are in our prayers and thoughts.
