Tony Krishack; daughter, Brandy Parker and husband Brian; son, Anthony Krishack; grandchildren, Michelle, John, Cameron, Griffin, Zachary and Leyton; brother, Ronald Troop; sister, Madaline Romero. Visitation will be from 6-8pm, Wednesday at Klein Funeral Home-Champions. Memorial services will be held at 3pm, Thursday at Victory Christian Center. In lieu of flowers, a gift to the Pastor Maxine Krishack Memorial Fund, c/o Victory Christian Center, 11420 Cutten Road, Houston, Texas 77066 would be appreciated. It has been years since I've seen the Krishacks and was hoping to find them online. I am sorry to find out this way and this late that dear Miss Maxine has gone home, but so glad to know we will meet again!! I'm sorry for your loss, she is (I say is because I know she's alive with the Lord) a wonderful lady!

Dear Pastor Tony,
What a blessing you both have been to me. I have been attending the "River Service" for 2 years even though I belong to another congregation. Pastor Maxine ran her race and you are still running. God's plan for your life has not changed. Your latter will still be greater, just as He has promised. I pray that God will continue to show Himself strong on your behalf and reveal wonderful and marvelous things to you and your family.

Why should I feel discouraged?
Why should the shadows come?

Why should my heart be lonely
and long for heaven and home

For Jesus is my portion,
My constant friend is He

His EYE is on the sparrow
And, I know He watches ME

His EYE is on the sparrow
and, I know He watches ME

I sing because I'm happy
I sing because I'm free

For His EYE is on the sparrow
and, I know He watches ME

His EYE is on the sparrow
And, I know He watches ME.

Dear Pastor Tony,
I know from losing JoAnn that you feel part of that one flesh is missing. I also know that you know her spirit is alive and well and dancing before the Lord! We will all miss her. I pray that the loss does not weigh too heavily for too long a time, but that the memories never depart.
I will never forget how she taught us that "the lord has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, and love, and of a sound mind."
Jane only met her once or twice, but she had a profound effect on Jane.

Pastor Tony and Family:

You are in my thoughts and prayers daily. The Holy Spirit has been reminding me that Joy comes in the "mourning". I've experienced that personally during my times at VCC, for which I'll be eternally grateful. One of the many quotes of Corrie Ten Boom that I love is
"The measure of a life, after all, is not its duration but its donation." Pastor Maxine's donation was huge and of great value. Pastor Maxine reminded me of my own Mom, and she became like a Mom to me as well. Her support and comfort to me as I dealt with the news and symptoms of my Mother's alzheimers meant so very much and gave me strength

Dear Pastor Tony, Brandy, and T.K.
I am so sorry for your loss. I love each one of you very much. My prayers are with you all. The pain will go away in time. The emptiness that this has left in your lives will be healed when you are reunited. Not too long from now.Just Remember we are surrounded by that Great Cloud of Witnesses.Even though you can't see her she can see you. She wouldn't want you to be in any pain. She is no longer in any pain.

Pastor Tony, Brandy and little Tony,
My heart grieves so deeply for your loss, I am so very sorry for losing the sight of Maxine. I speak with others in saying that Her life taught me so much, like how to trust women, (I was one of the ones no-one else wanted). I am grieved that I did not get to see Maxine the Friday I returned to town. I just learned today, am so sorry I could not have been there for you all. I love you all and Maxine, she moved from one life to the next, but eternity is ours.

I love you all so much,
Victoria

May HIS wings keep you safe and may HIS words bring you comfort in your time of sorrow! May you sore and rise up to HIM to meet every need that you have!

Tony, I can't seem to find the right words. You and Maxine have always had such a precious place in our hearts. Maxine was one of the most special women I have ever known. She always had that big beautiful smile, she always saw the good in people. Both of you "showed" us how to love without judging. Just unconditional love. I am so very grateful that God put her in my life.We couldn't come but I want you to know we are hurting with you, and praying for you. I miss my dear sweet friend. I pray that God will give you a glimpse of her in glory with him. That he will give you peace. You are our family and we love you.

Dearest Tony,
NOTHING surprises God! God was ready for Maxine even though her departure caught us by surprise!
Twenty five years ago, as God was birthing Victory Christian Center, God answered your and Maxine's prayer to send to you "those that nooneone else wanted". (Who even thinks of praying something like that?). God's grace sent into that initial group the spiritually bankrupt and dysfuntional Val Sitzmann and Vida Jodele'. You knew exactly what to do...reveal Jesus to us!!!
Tony, shortly after leading me to the Lord, you delighted in inviting me to your home to meet your cherished wife and children. As Maxine sprinted down the stairs to meet me, I couldn't believe my eyes! She was the "shiniest" person I have ever met! I wanted to be just like her..to have what she had. We found out that it was the love of Jesus in her that lit her face and room. LOVE REIGNED!
We were told(and shown) over and over that God loved us EXACTLY the way we were. We came to believe that because you and Maxine extended that. You mentored PERFECT LOVE. The love of Jesus Christ!
In that context of love, I met Val, and my life was filled yet with more love. Within weeks (exactly 24 yrs ago) we were stuffing home baked fortune cookies asking you to marry us. We were your first wedding! Your marriage mentored ours...what one flesh really meant...what covenant meant. We watched you and marvelled at how you cherished Maxine. The deep friendship, the passion, the commitment, the respect, the celebration, the trials, the triumphs, the fullfillment, the companionship, the laughter.
We feel your loss and can only imagine the pain of separation. We choose to celebrate LOVE...the inspired life Maxine lived. We are eternally grateful for the hyper blessed season we were able to be part of her life.
When you miss her, Tony, and we know that will be often, you won't have to look far to find her again. LOOK AT US! The thousands of lives she has touched and deposited the "shine" of her Jesus in us. Look again and we in turn, have shared the shiney Jesus with others. Love God and Love each other...life's precious compass! We got it! You both have taught us well. the "shiney MaxineKrishack didn't light up a room, she lit up the world for Jesus. She continues to live in us, with us...Maxine you rock!
Families come together in times like these to share memories and find comfort in each other. We regret Val's extended bout with the flu makes him unfit to travel. Our prayers and hearts are one with you. All of our love, Val and Vida Sitzmann with children Caleb and Carrie.

We love you,

Pastor Tony ,family, extended family and friends and all the Body of Christ at VCC...and so many more... My deepest prayers, thoughts are with you during this long journey of mourning.Nothing can ever seperate us from the love of Christ, nor those we have loved and temporarily lost in Christ. They aren't lost...we just feel that way.The Holy Spirit spoke this to my heart shortly before I lost my 24 yr old son suddenly..."Some relationships last a lifetime, and some are eternal" These...are eternal.Shirlene Moore gave me "My Dream of Heaven" by Rebecca Springer....which was certainly not a dream! Even though it hurts to lose beyond human words, that little book saved my soul. So much love...Pam Cade Word Of Love, Hurst,Texas

Dearest Pastor Tony, Brandy, Brian, Tony Jr, and family;

May God's grace carry you through this devestating journey. And may His peace comfort you all.

God knows your deep sorrow, anger, bewilderment and all the other feelings and thoughts swirling around at this time. He understands when no one else does.

Spend as much time as possible under His wings resting in Him. Share with him your true feelings. He can take it.

Dwell on your warm memories, and joyful times with Maxine.
Just think of the long line in heaven waiting to say thank you to her.

God will mend your broken hearts. His strength is perfect.

Our family and our church will be earnestly praying for you.
