Kylie and Kathy,
Today is Sunday, and I just heard about Ken's passing, and I am so sorry that I couldn't not be there for you, like you guys were there for me when I went through this. You guys will forever hold a spot in my heart, and I wish I could have been there to give you a hug on Friday. Stay strong in your faith and know that we are all praying for you.

To the Ward family,
My partner and I were part of the group in Bandon Dunes this past week and we would like to send our sympathy to the family.
Everyone in attendance played with a small hole in our heart during the tournament.
God bless

Ken lived on Pinecrest around the corner from me. He used to tool around in the slope back white Volvo he and Diane shared. There have been many occasions over the years when saw those old cars that I rememberd him.
Friendships, like those old cars do not die, they just pass on.

We are so sorry to hear about Ken he was our favorite customer at Houston Glass Company. We became to know him and he has always been a delightful customer of ours.Anytime he needed glass repair in his home he would call us to do the repairs. He liked our installer Marcos and always requested him to take care of his jobs.I did have the pleasure of speaking with him just last week to do his window repair. We will always remember him has our favorite customer.

My Dearest Kylie,
I don't know if I ever told you that I use to sit across the Pike lunch table from your sweet daddy at SWT. He tried to make me feel comfortable because I was new and didn't know anyone. I never forgot him. Who would have expected our daughters would end up being such close friends? Our family is so saddened by your loss. Please remember how many people love you and will be there for you.

Kylie,
Your father was a client of mine for years. Through that relationship, we found out we had a mutual interest in golf and from that a friendship developed. We spoke on the phone on numerous occasions about our golf trips. I had the pleasure of playing with him at Champions in late 2004 and I will not soon forget it. The following May I went to Dornoch, Scotland with some friends and who should walk in to the bar but your dad with his golf group. What a coincidence but we had a great time seeing each other. I will miss those golf converations. Please accept my sincerest condolences.

Ken has been a dear friend to me for many years. It started at SWT somewhere between Business Law and the Pike House! I will miss our long phone visits and our efforts to understand our life experiences even though we didn't see each other that much. My heartfelt sympathy goes out to Kylie, Kathie, Ken's family and to Ken's many friends. I am sure he is playing golf in heaven on God's golf course!

I met Ken when I was hired by Rotan Mosle as Deputy Chief investment Strategist. Coming from the Big Apple with just a "slight" New York attitude Ken was quick to pull me aside and straighten me out. He did this with a quiet and subtle demeanor and I will always be grateful for his guidance. We have stayed in touch and talk about stocks and golf frequently..oh how he loved both! He was a friend for 25 years and I cherish all of the memories we shared. God Bless you friend.

Kylie,
I was so shocked and saddened to get the news about your father and my best friend. I can only try to imagine what you are going through because it is so very hard for me to accept.I will see you Thursday and Friday , but i am writing this because I know that for the next few days it will be hard to remember what is said to you. When you read this later on please call me so we can talk.
Sincerely,
Bill & Candy

Ken was 24 and I was 26 in early 1973 when we went to work for Merrill Lynch and spent 6 months living together in New York. My, what we didn't know then, and didn't know we didn't know, would fill volumes. Goodbye my old friend. I love you a lot and will miss you very much. What I remember most about you is that you were always smiling. God bless you Ken. Peace be with you.

Ken always had a smile and a hand extended to welcome you, almost as if assuming you didn't remember his name. How could one forget? What a gracious and humble man. I'll miss seeing him around Champions and the Shell Houston Open. God Bless Ken and his family.
