My father was the best Dad I could of aver asked for, and more. Growing up, Mom would leave for work at 10:pm sharp, and it was you, me, and the TV till bedtime. And through those nights, whether I was sleep walking or talking, you were right there to tell me to go back to sleep or back to bed. Amazing how well I listened when I was sleeping,(if only I could of done the same when I was awake). You were my Daddy daycare before Daddy daycares were even considered, and you didn't stop with me,with a little help from Mom, you were also my kids daycare. After Anna and Billy, you were all coached out when it came time for me to play baseball, and though you were not my coach, you were my biggest fan, and just like a good fan, you never missed a game. Whenever I did something that you didn't approve of or worse, if I out right defied you I instantly knew I was in trouble, but I also knew if I could fix or change whatever it was before you started talking to me again the punishment wouldn't be quite as bad, but not once was the punishment ever worse than the silent treatment from you. You were a constant and positive presents my whole life. In high school, when most of my friends parents were separated or divorced, you and mom braved the storms of marriage, you not only set a great example for me, but for alot of my friends as well. You demanded respect, not only from me, but from my friends and boyfriends, and not only from my boyfriends, but my friends boyfriends as well, and 95% of the time you got that respect. I will always be proud to be your daughter. Now that your not here I can only hope all the good that you possessed will now shine through me.( and Anna & Billy too, of course). Now I can only live my life in way you would be proud of . You and mom did an outstanding job with all 3, 7, and 2 of us, just by being a good example, while guiding us gently through the ups and downs of growing up, adulthood, marriage, divorce, and whatever else was or will be thrown in our paths through out this journey called life. Thank you for being my father all these years, and all the rest of my years, including the ones afterlife. I will miss all your teasing sarcasm the most I think, for it always reminded and reassured me, just how very much you loved me. Just one more time, I wish I could see you sticking your tongue out at me, or hear you mimicking me by saying, "What'd he say Mom", or you asking,"Do you still love me ?" after complaining,"Oh no, not you again!" and "I thought I'd finally gotten rid of you!" when my visits weren't as often as you'd like them to be. I love you Daddy and look forward to seeing you again when that time comes. Good Bye for now Daddy. I Love you !!!! Always, Always, Always !

Jean , Anna & Bill,

Your Dad will be greatly missed by many. So many good years of laughter came from your Dad. Seems like just the other day we would hang out with your parents and ours, and the Staffords. Many years have gone bye, you will have lots of great memories as we do. Send my Love to your Mom.
God Bless
