Humberto Diaz Obituary

Humberto Llamas Diaz Feb. 4, 1951 - Sept. 14, 2010 Resident of Union City Humberto Diaz was born in San Luis Potosi, Mexico. He worked as a barber during his teenage years, then came to America in his early 20's to support his family in Mexico and begin a new journey in his life. Humberto was a hard working man who loved to work. Humberto worked for Creative Masonry Inc. for over 20 years. He was a dedicated, hardworking and valued employee whom will be deeply missed. There was no one the Humberto met that did not like him. He touched so many lives and would have been happy to give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. He was a great role model and inspiration to his family, he touched so many lives. He always had a smile on his face, he made you want to be a better person. Humberto was married to the love of his life, Juanita for 32 years. Although he had no biological children, his step children loved him as their father and to his grandchildren he was their hero. Humberto loved to work on his yard and spend time with his many grandchildren. He was a wonderful son, brother, husband, father, uncle, grandfather, and friend. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Humberto is survived by his wife Juanita, mother Antonia, 5 sisters, 1 brother, step children Elizabeth, Ramiro II, Eva and Joseph, his loving grandchildren Raul, Ramiro III, Erica, Claudia, Maria, Renee, Bianca, Adrian, and Briauna, and 14 great grandchildren. Friends and family are invited to a viewing on Thurs. Sept 23, 2010 from 5:30-8:30 p.m. at Chapel of the Chimes 32992 Mission Blvd. Hayward Ca 94544. Funeral services will be held Fri. Sept. 24, 2010 1:00 p.m. at Our Lady of the Rosary Church 703 C Street, Union City, Ca 94587 Chapel of the Chimes (510) 471-3363
