Mary Perata Obituary

Mary Perata Resident of Alameda Mary Perata died on September 25, 2010 at her home in Alameda. She was born in 1912 and had lived her entire life in Alameda. Ms. Perata was also a lifelong member of St Philip Neri Catholic Church. She is survived by her loving sister Teresa Perata. Ms. Perata is the loving aunt of Barbara Perata-Hardt, and Gerald Faye Perata and Marcia Perata. Great nieces Sheri Hardt-VanderKlugt and her husband Michael and Staci Hardt-Firkins and her husband Mark, great great nephews Matthew and Nathan VanderKlugt and Great Great niece Michaela VanderKlugt. She was preceded in death by her brother Ben Perata. Ms. Perata loved being with her family and will be greatly missed. Visitation will be held Thursday, September 30 from 2-4 PM with rosary at 4:00 PM with Mass to follow at St Philip Neri Catholic Church, 3108 Van Buren, Alameda.
