PATRICIA DIXON Obituary

Patricia Kathleen Dixon (nee Cramer) Feb. 7, 1949 - Sept. 18, 2010 Resident of Newark After a courageous, long battle with congestive heart disease & diabetes, Patricia passed away peacefully at Kaiser Hospital, Fremont. Patricia was 5th generation Californian born & raised in Oakland, & who graduated from the Golden Gate Academy. She was a long-time employee of Pac Bell in San Francisco & home-maker. Patricia was born to the late Frank K. Cramer and the late Angie Freeman, and she was the beloved wife of Clyde Dixon for over 39 years. Patricia will forever be remembered by her husband Clyde, devoted brother Robert R. Cramer of Happy Camp, sister-in-law Hazel Kellar of San Lorenzo, stepdaughter Deborah Mae Dixon of Pottsboro, TX, numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, along with many other friends and neighbors whom were blessed to know her. Patricia loved the outdoors, animals, movies, various hand crafts, and delighted in taking care of other people. Patricia touched the lives of many people with her smile and generosity, and maintained her trademark sense of humor all the way to the end. Pat was a long time member of the Neptune Society of Hayward, and her ashes will be returned to Mother Nature following cremation. The family requests all donations be sent to the local Humane Society.
