Aurora V. Hernandez Nov. 27, 1915 - Oct. 7, 2010 Resident of Castro Valley Entered into rest on October 7, 2010 at the age of 94. Loving mother and mother-in-law to Zeferino Jr. and Renee Hernandez, Aurora Landavazo, Delmi Castillo, and Oralia Hawley. Beloved grandmother of 9 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren. Predeceased by her husband Zeferino Hernandez, her son Marcos Hernandez, and her grandson Jeremy Hawley. Born November 27, 1915 in Pearsall, TX, Aurora was an avid seamstress, and a good cook. Visitation will be Tuesday, October 12th from 5-8pm with a vigil at 6:30pm at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church, 703 C Street, Union City, CA 94587. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, October 13th, 10am at Our Lady of the Rosary Church. Burial will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Hayward.
