Since losing both my mother and brother this past year, I know your pain. Charlene had a wonderful family and was a fun person to have been associated with in our younger life.

To the family of Charlene Vinella:
I pass on my sincere sympathies for your loss. I worked with Charlene during Charlene's early years at the County in my position in the Budget Office. Later I came to know Charlene better and respected her work ethic, courage, determination and friendly manner. We had many laughs together and I enjopyed being in her presence. Always the consumate professional, Charlene was a help in an employee issue and provided realistic guidance to resolve the situation. I will remeber Charlene for her enthusiasm and cheerful way with friends and fellow workers. My time at the County was more cheerful and friendly because of Chalene.
