Carl D. Washington Aug. 11, 1945 - Oct. 9, 2010 Long time resident of Alameda County, passed away Oct. 9, 2010. Carl was a member of the Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity and the founding President of the East Bay Chapter of 100 Black Men. He leaves to mourn his memory 8 children, 2 brothers, and a host of other relatives and many friends.
