James Krauss Obituary

James Karl Krauss Mar 26, 1923 ~ Oct 4, 2010 Resident of Livermore Jim passed away on Oct. 4, 2010 at the age of 87. Jim was born on March 26, 1923 to William & Ethel Krauss in Malden, MA. He later joined the US Army at the age of 20, during WWII. He was a member of the Teamster Retirees & Suncrest RV Group. Jim is preceded in death by his first Wife; Beatrice Mary Berry, Son-in-law; Nick and Sister; Ruth Ann Connors. He is survived by his Wife of 35 years; Margaret Krauss, Children; Patricia Lazzaro, Mary-Rose (Jeff) Roletto, Joseph (Evelyn) Krauss, Richard (Ivonne) Bradford, 8 grandchildren & 17 great grandchildren. Jim will be laid to rest at Sacramento Valley National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family respectfully requests memorial donations in Jim's name be made to The World Wildlife Federation or to the Livermore Animal Shelter. Callaghan Mortuary (925) 447-2942

Joe & Evelyn
It was with great sadness that I learned of the passing of your dad. He has left behind a legacy of love that will long endure. Although I lefy FPD years ago, I still think of you often and pray that time will bring some measure of comfort.
