Patricia Strachan Obituary

Patricia G. Strachan Nov. 27, 1936 - Oct. 12, 2010 Resident of Fremont Entered into rest on October 12, 2010 at the age of 73. Devoted wife of 54 years to James Strachan. Loving mother to Stefanie and Mark Strachan. Caring grandmother to James, Jonathan, Samantha, and Amanda. Dear sister of George Carline and Sonia Johannes. Born November 27, 1936 in England, Patricia was originally from Scotland and migrated to the U.S. with her husband in 1960. She worked as a receptionist at Raychem for 15 years. She loved dancing with her husband, cooking and family gatherings. In her memory, her remains will be scattered over both the SF Bay and the river Tay in Dundee, Scotland. A memorial service will be held for Patricia on Monday, October 18th, 1pm at Fremont Chapel of the Roses, 1940 Peralta Blvd., Fremont, CA 94536. Fremont Chapel of the Roses (510) 797-1900

Knowing Pat all these years we are truly devastated by this news. She was always there for me as a teenager and as a young mother. I will remember her all my days.Our heart and love go out to Mark, Stefanie, and of course Jim. May you feel her with you always and all ways.
