To the family of Hiram Lee.
The Hinds family would like to express our heartfelt sympathy to you on the occasion of Hiram's passing.
Hiram befriended me soon after I joined EBMUD; his patience, thoughfulness, generosity and useful insights were personally influential throughout the years of his tenure I was priveleged to share. His unselfish qualities and other exemplary attributes are worthy of emulation and leaves his colleagues with positive and warm memories of his presence.

My deepest sympathies go out to the Hiram Lee family. As a friend of his daughter, Barbara, I remember how friendly and nice Hiram was when we gathered at his house back when we were in high school. We admired his garden and "smiley face" bush. As a Cal Golden Bears fan myself, I would often see him at the football and basketball games. Cal has lost a truly devoted fan and we will all miss him.
Go Bears!

Warm Regards,

To the Lee Family,

Words cannot express how sad we are at the loss of Hiram. He was so much "the Professor" to all of us and a lot of fun at the casinos. We will all miss his gentle, kind presence. We loved him too!
