Frank I. Belecky

Frank I. Belecky 1932-2010 Frank I. Belecky, 78, of Pleasanton, CA passed away at his home on October 23, 2010. He was born March 22, 1932 in Cheyenne, WY. He married Patricia Torres on June 22, 1952 in Cheyenne. They were married 52 years prior to her death in 2004. He will be buried next to her in the Catholic Cemetery in Pleasanton, CA. Frank served in the US Air Force and the Wyoming Air National Guard and then attended the University of Wyoming . He transferred to Michigan State University and received a B.A. in Adminis-tration of Justice. He was then hired by ATF and his first assignment was in St. Louis, MO. Frank's career with ATF took him to management positions in offices in K.C., MO; Honolulu , Oakland, CA and finally S.F. When Frank retired from ATF in 1986, he became a full time real estate agent in Pleasanton, CA . Frank is survived by two sons, Steven of Eastlake, CO; Michael of Pleasanton; daughter, Cindy King of Tracy, CA, his mother, Fern Belecky and sister, April Belecky Jones, both of Cheyenne, WY. He also leaves eleven grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren, including, Zachary and Elizabeth Belecky of Eastlake, CO; Robby, Janelle, John , Jake, and Haley King, all of Tracy, CA, plus Denise and Danielle King of San Diego, CA. He was preceded in death by his father, Albert Belecky (1906-1986), born in Vienna , Austria and niece Codi Lee Jones-Bocanegra of Cheyenne in 2004. Also pre-ceding him, were four aunts and two uncles. Memorial services will be held at the Palm Pavilion at the Pleasanton Fairground in Pleasanton, CA on Tuesday, 11/02/10 at 2:00 P.M.
