Gladys Pina Obituary

In Loving Memory of Gladys Pina Aug. 3, 1919 - Oct. 31, 2009 Granna, I wish there was a phone in Heaven, so I could call you and hear your voice again. I can't believe that it has been a year since you left us. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think of you. I miss our times together playing board games and cardsespecially your favorite, Yahtzee! I also miss your "spunk" that always made me laugh. You may have left us physically but your spirit will live on forever in my heart and in your family that you have left behind. And what a big family it is and it continues to grow! Mom, Andee and I have been keeping our promise to you, and keeping your gravesite clean like we did for grandpa, and I know you would approve. I am so fortunate to have grown up with you in my life for so many years. Also, having my girls grow up knowing their great grandma is a gift in itself. Time doesn't heal as they say, we are just trying to adjust to a new normal. Knowing that someday, we will meet again, is what gets us through most of the days. We love you Granna, and I know that you are in a better place and are happy now that you are able to see your husband and sons again. Until we meet again, I love you. Your granddaughter, Tina
