Phil was more than a friend, he was
Family. He was always there to help
At anytime. He let me set up my darkroom
In his basement at his home,
When I helped him at his shop, he showed
me how to pick locks
We all miss him and always love him.

This is a shock, Phil and I were always friends since 1964 and we spoke often and always had a laugh about the absurdities of life and probably no one knew me better than Phil. This will leave a void in my life, I called the shop today to have a laugh and got the message that he had passed. Was looking forward to some good weather and time to come and visit in person and have dinner and a drink or two. My condolences and love for Billie Jean in this time. I've known Phil since 1965 when he became the bass player in our band the Talismen. He was such a witty, and humorous individual. . .And a terrific bass player. I spoke with him about one month ago. We enjoyed talking about the band days and all the fun we had in the 60's. I wrote a book about it, and of course Phil is in it.
My sincere condolences to Phil's mother Billie Jean Tercera.
